Aqua Terrace Condo ~ Walk To Seattle Center ~ Remodeled & Professionally Decorated
"We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The proximity to the city was great. It was furnished nicely with all the linens necessary. There were extras like the discount card to the local grocery. The walls are a little thin so you can hear extraneous noise but generally all was quiet by late evening. We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle in part because of the great placed we called home while there." - Kathy, Pittsburgh PA, 07/13/12(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"We just stayed at the Aqua Terrace condo for the 2nd time. We absolutely love the condo and its convenient location and would highly recommend it! The decor is aesthetically pleasing and providing coffee brought a smile to our faces! Thank you, Debra, for making our 2nd trip to Seattle such an enjoyable one!" - Bev Schmitt, Plover, WI, 04/09/12(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"The apartment was everything the images on line said it would be, but what makes it even better are the little gestures. For example, in the kitchen I found a discount card to the local grocery store. The location could not be beat, a quiet residential neighborhood with the best coffee in Seattle just down the hill at Vita. Working with Debra at Picture Properties was an easy and prompt experience, I would not hesitate to come back or recommend this place to my friends." - Amy, San Anselmo, Calif., 01/03/12(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Nicely furnished apartment in Space Needle/Queen Anne area. Good views out in front of building. Great supermarket nearby. Nice having some staples provided in the apartment: Tea, coffee, salt, pepper. Plenty of towels and comfortable bed. Note: building is located on a fairly steep hill, so not suitable for those with difficulty walking." - Changes in Longitude, 12/08/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"You will like the convenience of this apartment which comes equipped with everything you need -- right down to the can opener. It's pretty and very clean. You can walk to Seattle Center and nearby grocery and restaurants and you're only a block off the bus line. Debra and staff are friendly and responsive to any requests you may have. I would want to stay here again on my next visit to Seattle." - Judith Miller, Maryland, 10/04/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"We just returned from a fabulous weekend in Seattle to attend the 2011 Bumpershoot Festival over Labor Day Weekend at this location. It was perfect for us...perhaps not as close as a few hotels, but with so much more room and amenities like a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and at a very competitive rate in comparison. Very well stock kitchen and unit, nicely decorated, convenient to Seattle Center and Queen Ann area, and a bus line only a block away. We arrived Friday night and did not move our car until we left on Monday (and we even walked all the way to Downtown Seattle via Broad Street, the Sculpture Garden, Waterfront, Pike Place Market and Seattle retail shops!) before taking the Monorail back to the Seattle Center for Bumpershoot events. Many bus options also available for any of these locations as well. My group of teen/early twenties children loved the flexibility of coming "home" for meals or a break in a relaxing location. And we sure built up some muscles scaling the hill for one block, but that also afforded us some awesome views of the Space Needle and Seattle Center! If you are not attending a festival like Bumpershoot, I would highly recommend purchasing the Seattle City Pass and taking advantage of all the offerings. Most of them are within walking distance (or transit if you are not into walking), and will give you a great experience to remember while visiting Seattle." - Anonymous, Kennewick, WA, 09/06/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Perfect! great location, clean, aesthetically pleasing, within walking distance to many different sights and cute neighborhoods. Debra is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!" - Jennifer, New Orleans, LA, 07/07/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"We enjoyed staying in this appartment. its central location proved ideal for walking to the city main attractions. The appartment is well furnished and the furniture is in excellent condition. We found the area to be nice and safe. The owners strive to provide a good accommodations and timely service. We will definitively stay at the same appartment again when back to Seattle" - Luis M, Houston TX, 07/06/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Aqua Terrace was a comfortable and convenient place for our Seattle expedition. We didn't have a car, and were able to get back and forth from the airport, and around town, via mono-rail, light rail, the bus system and good old shoe leather. The condo was much nicer than a hotel, and worked great for the two of us. There was some sound from neighbors, but certainly not bothersome, and the neighbors we met were all nice. I would recommend it as a place to stay." - Melanie, Lafayette, CO, 06/02/11(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Terrace. Debra was responsive from our first inquiry until the return of our deposit. This property is clean, convenient and very comfortable. We made it our "headquarters" for exploring Seattle as well as taking a day trip to Kingston, Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island via ferry. Seattle Center and the Space Needle were just a few blocks away and Westlake Center and downtown were an easy monorail ride from there. The kitchen was well-stocked with necessary utensils for the light cooking we did and the apartment is only 3 or 4 blocks from a QFC grocery which was very handy. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the center of Queen Anne is very close as well. Don't miss the Kerry Park Viewpoint on Highalnd Drive. We were able to take fabulous photos of Seattle in the morning, mid-day and night. Concerning another guests comments about "thin walls"...though we did hear some footsteps from above and very muffled voices from next door when in the living room, we never noticed any noise anywhere else in the apartment. We had absolutely no trouble at all sleeping the very comfortable queen bed. On a return trip to Seattle we would stay at Aqua Terrace without a second thought." - Anonymous, Chattanooga, TN, 11/01/10(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Everything was beautiful upon arrival and exceeded our expectations. Much more comfortable than a hotel room! Debrah was very helpful and available via phone when we needed assistance at the front gate. If you cannot walk up steep hills you will want to spring for garage parking, but we always found onstreet parking within a block or two. The Space Needle and Pier are easy to walk to for those who enjoy exercise. Queen Anne District is close and offers great dining and ambiance. Independent Film Theatre on Queen Anne is impressive too." - Elise, Sugar Land, TX, 09/07/10(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Awesome condo! Well appointed, newly decorated in a great location. Will highly recommend to others. Debra is well organized and responsive to all needs. Thanks for a great vacation!!!" - Anonymous, East Highland, CA, 08/06/10(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
"Very clean, well-kept condo with a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. The proximity to downtown is fabulous and street parking is readily available. The only thing I would note is that if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The walls are very thin and you can hear every footstep, television and voices above, below and next door. The price is right for the location and Debra at Picture Properties is fabulous to work with." - Anonymou, 03/24/10(HomeAwayConnect Guestbook Entry)
