"The property on the 15th floor was very quiet. Only the loudest of city noises reached the property through closed windows. There was no hallway noise, or any from above or beside. In a city apartment we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our party of 2 parents and two kids. It was extremely convenient to everything, a quick walk to the waterfront (about 2 minutes) and easy to reach on foot many areas one may want to explore, even a quick $7 Uber ride to the Space Needle. There was a little difficulty figuring out the parking situation, as well as a bit of a misunderstanding at the front desk upon check-in, but even on NYE early evening, Debra from Picture Properties was available the entire time and we were in contact several times to get everything figured out with a minimal amount of hassle. We would rent from these property managers again!"
