"Location was excellent with easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. I had forgotten that Seattle was so hilly, so having a place on 1st Avenue saved us a lot of hill climbing. Our 12 year old granddaughter was quick to claim the daybed area and she loved her own space separate from her 15 year old brother. Apartment was clean, well maintained and comfortable. While we did minimal cooking, kitchen had all the essentials. Paper products throughout were nice quality. Towels and linens were in excellent condition. Nice little balcony (2 people) looking down on Seattle Art Museum's Hammer Man. Property manager, Debra communicated frequently before our stay and supplied detailed instructions on check in process and even great directions on how to navigate the underground parking garage (extra cost but worth it if you have a car). She made everything stress free. Note that the pool is in a different building of the 4 towers that make up the Harbor Steps complex so access was either by a quick walk outside or through the parking garage. Kids were a bit disappointed that it was only 4 foot deep, so more a lap pool than for active play, but hardly an issue."
