"Very comfortable, well located 9th floor apt with balcony, partial view. Comfortable, clean and centrally located just a few blocks from Pike Mkt and across the street from the Seattle Art Museum. Owner/agent was helpful and quickly responsive to questions. There is no a/c; this is stated clearly in the information provided- not a problem. It's a good idea to close the living room blinds during the day time though, especially if you are going to be away at that time. Would return; would recommend to friends and family."
