"This comfortable, clean and well equipped condo has a fabulous location. It is walking distance to Pike Market, and a nice little jaunt to the Space Needle. The Emerald City trolley has a station right across the street. The Von's Restaurant has a lovely patio in the green area of the development. The views are amazing, you can watch the workings of the piers and the Ferris Wheel is pretty at night. There is a 24 hour concierge who are very helpful and nice. We were lucky to have glorious weather while we were there, and that brought bad with the good. The west facing condo gets extremely hot, it was over 90 in the unit for many hours. We were aware of the lack of AC, but you don't get it till you are there. The heat does not necessarily reflect the outdoor temp, even on the cool 70 degree days, the condo was HOT!!!! It seems to be a hazard of the large west facing windows. All that being said, Debra, the property manager ordered a second fan for us to pick up. It helped. The second \"
