"The property itself was perfect for our family! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering area, great view and fantastic location. Our only complaint was the beeping smoke detector in the common hall. We reported the beeping every day and I know workmen tried once to fix it. But, every morning about 3:00 am the beeping would begin again, every 30 seconds, making sleep difficult if possible at all. Our bedroom wall was an outside wall so noise came right in on us. The beeping continued some mornings til 10:00 and others stopped by 8:00. Some evenings we’d have a beeping spell starting around 8 or 9 but the general noise made it bearable. I would only stay at this property if I was guaranteed that the beeping had been stopped!"
