"This unit's water view in the living room was impeded by a large supporting wall. The windows were narrow and not very clean. The best view was from the bedroom. The bed was not firm enough. There was a musty smell in the unit. However, the property manager was extremely responsive and we moved after one night to another unit with a much better view and cleaner windows. But here too the bed was a bit soft. The manager gets 5 stars. So does the concierge. Re VRBO I found the process of registering cumbersome and the refund policy inflexible (hotels require only a 24-hour cancellation notice)."
