"This apartment was perfect for our family. It was very clean, updated and the kitchen was well-appointed. The living area is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but was very nice. Note that there is no A/C. It got a little warm on the 80 degree days, but fans in the bedrooms made sleeping comfortably no problem. The location couldn't have been better. There was a small grocery a few steps away, and Pike Place was only 2 blocks. Pioneer Square is only 6-7 blocks away. It's close to the water and has a lovely view of Mt. Rainer from the elevator lobby. We reserved the Mingle Room to grill and felt like we lived there. The workout facility is also nice. I got quick and helpful responses to my questions from our host. Check in was easy. I would definitely rent and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seattle."
