Sleeps 8, but 6 adults max. $15/person/night beyond 4 guests.

$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends

$125 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am (can leave luggage at front desk if needed, provided they have space).

Garage parking in building is $35/nt + tax (every 5th night parking is free!)

"I took a group of students to tour different colleges in Seattle and found it more cost effective to rent a condo versus getting hotel rooms. It was a great experience, the room was comfortable and well equipped. Harbor Steps is located only 2 blocks from Pikes Market and 1 block from the pier. Even though the pier was under construction, the view was amazing and my students, many of whom had never been to Seattle, were entranced! It is a bit confusing, trying to figure out how to get to the room with all the different towers and elevators, but once you get it, life is great."
